Our in-house installers are craftsmen with a contagious enthusiasm for rolling up their sleeves and exceeding expectations. Each technician receives a minimum of 100 hours of on-the-job-training each year to ensure everyone is up to date on best practices. All of our employees undergo background checks and comprehensive drug screens.
When your installers arrive, that’s a good time to go over house rules or any special considerations you might have. You don’t need to be home for the duration of the installation, but we recommend you be there at the end so your craftsmen can show you how to use your new improvement!
About our crews
Most teams are made up of two craftsmen installers. Your project may require an extra set of hands, some special expertise (for example, an electrician), or you may see lead installers demonstrating their technique for an apprentice.
