37-point inspection

Our inspection is a comprehensive look at your system. Among our 37 check points, we’ll check:

  • remove and clean flame sensor, burners, pressure port, condensate drain system
  • inspect heat exchangers
  • check/adjust inlet gas pressure, outlet low-fire gas pressure, hi-fire gas pressure
  • inspect blower wheel, test blower motor capacitor
  • Record delta T, measure air static
  • check for CO and CO2
  • tighten all electrical connections
  • check continuous fan switch
  • inspect flue for corrosion/leaks
  • replace batteries as needed in thermostat
  • inspect condition of ductwork
  • clean or replace standard size 1” or 4” filters

 

Check for gas leaks and carbon monoxide
