Our inspection is a comprehensive look at your system:

Indoor Unit:

  • Inspect and change batteries in remote if needed
  • Inspect and clean filters
  • Inspect and clean blower wheel
  • Inspect and clean indoor housing
  • Inspect and clean condensate line
  • Inspect and clean indoor coil
  • Verify condensate pump operation
  • Verify correct voltage and communication to equipment
  • Flush drain line
  • Inspect flare connections and refrigerant lines
  • Inspect and clean louvers
  • Cycle equipment to verify operation
  • Provide a written diagnostic report of findings


Outdoor Unit:

  • Inspect and clean the outdoor condensing unit
  • Inspect the indoor coil
  • Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
  • Inspect the condensate drain pan
  • Inspect the condensate drain line and p-trap
  • Inspect wiring and control unit
  • Inspect the blower assembly
  • Inspect the thermostat operation and programming
  • Verify suction and discharge pressure
  • Verify supply and return air static pressures
  • Inspect safety controls
  • Inspect electrical components
  • Verify temperature drop (and rise on heat pump)
  • Verify correct superheat or sub-cooling
  • Verify motor amps
  • Clean control panel
  • Verify correct voltage to equipment
  • Verify blower speed
  • Inspect refrigerant lines
  • Cycle equipment to verify operation
  • Clean or replace standard size 1” or 4” filters
  • Provide a written diagnostic report of findings
