Before you get started
Your panel may need a check first
Many older Washington homes don't have enough capacity in their existing panel for a dedicated EV circuit. Our electricians assess your panel as part of every installation estimate, and if an upgrade is needed we'll clearly explain your options before starting any work.
A permit is required
Most Washington cities and counties require a permit for EV charger installation. Unpermitted installations can create issues with your homeowner's insurance and fail buyer inspections down the road. We handle the permit and inspection as part of every job.
You may qualify for savings
The federal EV charger tax credit covers 30 percent of installation costs up to $1,000. Utility rebates may also be available depending on your provider. Worth confirming current eligibility with your tax advisor.
