Built-in recirculation system

Navien’s patented ComfortFlow® system is the first to include a buffer tank, recirculation pump and fine-tuned controls into a tankless water heater, resolving the cold-water sandwich effect* and issues of minimal flow rates commonly found in other tankless water heaters.

 NPE-A2

The built-in recirculation pump allows the NPE-A2 tankless water heaters to recirculate water through an external recirc line or through existing supply lines while using NaviCirc®, without the need for external pumps or controls.

Optional Wi-Fi remote control systems

NaviLink & NaviLink Lite make it easy to communicate with your Navien systems anywhere internet service is accessible. The NaviLink system attaches easily to any new or existing* Navien tankless water heater, combi‐boiler or boiler. NaviLink Lite is great for single residential units and magnetically mounts to the side of the unit or can easily be mounted on the wall. Also, NaviLink Lite does not require external power.

Flexibility in venting

• Condensing technology uses the energy from the exhaust gases which lowers the temperature of the gases going out of the flue. It can therefore utilize PVC venting, which is not only easier to install, but less expensive.
• 2” PVC, CPVC, Polyprophylene Venting Up To 60’
• 2” venting option allows for a flue to be pulled through an existing vent.
• 3” vents can be used up to 150’ with standard 2” x 3” adapters.

Utilizes existing 1/2″ gas line

Navien NPE is easy to install because they can utilize a home’s ½” gas line and can be easily converted from using natural gas to propane. The negative pressure gas valve and fan with dual venture operation allows for better adaptability to low gas pressure applications. This makes it possible for the NPE to be installed on ½” gas lines up to 24’.

Excellent warranty options

Ask your Washington Energy Services water heater specialist about warranty options for the Navien model you choose.

While electric tankless water heaters do exist, it is normally reserved for commercial applications and doesn’t make much sense in a residential home because of the enormous electricity consumption.

Tankless water heaters provides endless hot water, not instant hot water. Your water will arrive at the faucets in approximately the same amount of time as they always have.

All for home.
