When you work with Washington Energy Services, we’re pleased to offer you 5% off maintenance* and $100 off installed products.*

To qualify, you must be 65 or older. Just show proof of age at the point of sale – at home with your Home Project Advisor or with an Installation/Service Technician – and your discount will be applied at purchase. Call us for complete details, or ask your Home Project Advisor.

The discount applies to regularly priced maintenance and installed products:

  • Installed products — projects adding an entirely new unit to your home (heating or cooling units, water heaters, generators, doors, windows), managed by a Home Project Advisor or Hero Sales
  • Maintenance — labor on your current system to meet building Code or manufacturer performance standards, including plumbing, electrical, tune-ups, and repairs

This offer does not apply to filter subscriptions or Guardian Maintenance Program memberships, and cannot be combined with the Military discount, price-matching, or other discounted or promoted services where noted.

Serving or served in the US Military?

Save with our Military Discount

We’re proud to offer 5% off maintenance* and $100 off installed products* to homeowners who are serving or have served in the US Military.

To qualify, you must be active duty, a Veteran, a Reservist, or other enlisted US Military. The discount is available to military members and their current spouses at their personal residence—extended family and civilian employees of military bases are not eligible. Just show your Military ID and/or Discharge papers (DD214) to our representative when the purchase price is contracted, and your discount will be applied.

The discount applies to regularly priced maintenance and installed products:

  • Installed products: Projects adding an entirely new unit to your home (upgraded HVAC systems, water heaters, generators, doors, windows), managed by a Home Project Advisor or Hero Sales
  • Maintenance: Labor on your current system to meet building Code or manufacturer performance standards, including electrical, plumbing, tune-ups, and repairs

This offer cannot be combined with the Senior discount, price-matching, or other discounted or promoted services where noted.

Senior and Military discount

Seniors: To qualify, you must be 65 years or older. Proof of your age will be required at the point of sale (in the home with our Home Project Advisor or an Installation/Service Technician). Your Senior Discount will be applied at the time of purchase.

Military: Active duty, veterans, reservists, and other enlisted US Military. Military ID and/or discharge papers (DD214) are required to be shown to our representatives when the purchase price is contracted. Sorry, this is only for the military (and currently married spouse)’s personal residence, not extended family or civilian employees of military bases.

Cannot be combined with the senior discount, price match, discounted services, or promoted products where noted. This discount does not apply to Guardian Maintenance plans or filter purchases which have been discounted because of membership in a Guardian Maintenance plan.

Service: Service specials cannot be combined or used on a prior purchase. Duct service includes the duct work of a whole house, but the dryer vent and vacuuming inside the furnace compartment can also be completed for an extra fee. Charge applied to each duct system in your home; multiple charges for multiple duct systems. We do not perform duct cleaning on duct systems containing asbestos.
