Furnace Warranty
A furnace is a large investment for your home and that’s why we believe a warranty is super important. You can count on a warranty with your furnace installation. Peace of mind, when you need it most!
Air Filters for Your Furnace
We recommend a new air filter for your equipment every three months. This will keep your furnace running in tip-top shape, increase airflow and reduce the chance of needed repairs over time. Ditch the dirty filters – join our Automatic Filter Replacement Program and get a fresh filter sent to your door quarterly.
Programmable Thermostats for Energy Efficiency
One of the best ways to save energy with your furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump is to invest in a programmable thermostat for your home. Newer thermostats now have Wi-Fi capabilities, can be controlled from your smartphone, and even learn your routine. This way, your furnace isn’t working as hard when you aren’t home and you have the power to control the settings of your thermostat from anywhere. Plus, if your furnace isn’t working as hard, this can save you from additional furnace maintenance down the road.

Furnace Repair Service FAQs
Depending on the issues involved with your furnace and what needs to be repaired, the amount of time needed to repair a furnace can vary. However, the typical length of time is between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
The cost of repairing a furnace can be a wide range depending on the level of repair needed. This could be from a couple hundred dollars to into the thousands. Some factors to consider that contribute to that price are service and diagnostic fees, age, size and condition of your furnace. However, if your furnace is still under warranty, there’s a chance that those parts may be covered. If your furnace is no longer under warranty, the cost will vary depending on which parts you need replaced.
Some common signs that may indicate that your furnace needs to be repaired are the following:
- Rising energy bills
- Bad smells
- Excessive dust, dirt, soot particle build up
- Rooms are heating unevenly
- Furnace becomes unusually noisy or begins to rattle/buzz
- Furnace has visible signs of rust or cracks in or around system
- Your furnace is getting old
We recommend that you make sure the circuit breaker is not tripped and in the “ON” position. Also, you can make sure there is a call for heat on the thermostat.
If your furnace stops working, it could be a variety of things that may have caused this. A few factors that could cause this are thermostat issues, clogged air filter, dirt/debris blocking air flow, dirty burners, furnace not lubricated properly, faulty igniter, or the heat exchanger is cracked. These are just a few possibilities of what the issue could be. However, furnaces are complex systems and we don’t recommend you try to repair or diagnose your system on your own.
