We do. We never use a subcontractor to install windows and we service, repair and do all warranty work ourselves. You are guaranteed a professional installation performed by our experienced Washington Energy Services’ employees. All of our window installers are licensed, bonded and drug tested.
It is likely that your window has undergone window seal failure. Seal failure occurs when moisture slips between the edge seals creating a permanent condensation appearance. Vinyl window seal failures can be fixed depending on the seriousness of the failure but even then, future failures are likely to occur. Replacement of the window is recommended for total window seal failure. Our home project adviser can come take a look and explain all your options based on the degree of damage.
There’s a bounty out for aluminum single pane windows as they are energy losers! Up to $1500 in rebates are available. Most local Northwest utilities are rewarding the replacement of aluminum single pane windows and other inefficient windows. Metal windows can be strong, but they are extremely inefficient when it comes to keeping heat in. For energy efficiency, vinyl, wood and fiberglass are better choices.
