Our Preferred Customer Program is our way of saying thank you. We invite you to use your membership to access discounts and benefits that only Preferred Customers can use. Save money as you continue to make your home a special place for you and your family.

    I. General

    1. The Preferred Customer Program is sponsored by Washington Energy Services (“Washington Energy Services”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Where the Program is offered, membership is open to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years of age or older, purchased $3000 or more from Washington Energy Services and reside in the Washington Energy Services “service area.” Washington Energy Services membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Washington Energy Services. We reserve the right, without limitation, to terminate the Program, or change, limit, modify, or cancel any Program rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time.

    II. Membership

    1. Eligibility

    a. Eligibility is chosen at the discretion of Washington Energy Services which requires an individual to have purchased an item from Washington Energy Services that amounted in at least $3000 on the valid and signed contract. New members will be chosen for eligibility at the 1st of every month in which they will automatically be sent a Preferred Customer Package at the address of the initial installation. No application is required for enrollment. If an individual did not receive a Preferred Customer package and meets the requirements of eligibility stated in Membership II, 1., a., they may contact Washington Energy Services to request enrollment in the Preferred Customer Program.

    b. Limit one membership per household. Shall a preferred customer move, the membership is transferable to the new residence. Benefits may not be applied to the previous residence unless new residents meet the requirements of eligibility as stated in Membership II, 1., a. Should a member move outside of Washington Energy Services service area, benefits cannot be applied to new residence.

    c.Disenrollment is available at the request of the member through verbal or written communication. Discontinuing of Preferred Customer Program mailings and emails may take up to 90 days from the date of the request.


    a. Preferred Customer Program benefits are offered at the discretion of Washington Energy Services. Washington Energy Services reserves the right, without limitation, to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any Program rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time. There is no cash value for Preferred Customer benefits.

    b. All product benefits are on newly installed products only and may not be used towards a previous purchase or clearance item.

    c. Eligibility of window discounts requires an installation minimum of 4 windows at one time or $3000 on contract purchase. If less than 4 windows or less than $3000 dollars on the window order, a preferred customer will receive a prorated discount based on their order. Furnace discount only eligible on a 95.5% efficiency or higher or the purchase of a hybrid system which includes the installation of both a furnace and heat pump. Tankless water heater discount is only available on 94% or higher efficiencies. Tank water heaters not included.

    d. Installation Product discounts can be combined with published monthly promotions, but cannot be combined with any expired offers.

    e. Preferred Customer Program “Service” discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. 10% off service applies to diagnostic service and not to guardian maintenance programs. Filter discounts are available only on 1 year or 3 year filter program.
