We've done it again! The craftsmen and women of Washington Energy Services have been recognized by industry-leading website Angie's List as one of the top companies for service and satisfaction in the Puget Sound region.

Washington Energy Services has earned the home service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of customer service to members of the consumer review site during 2016. This achievement is particularly significant as Angie’s List experienced unprecedented member growth in 2016.

“Companies that can meet higher demands without missing a beat in their exemplary performance standards truly do stand apart from their peers,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “Only a fraction of the home improvement companies in the Seattle area were able to do it.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2016 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade. The SSA winners must also be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines. Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List as new, verified consumer reviews are submitted. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality. Washington Energy Services scored an “A” in all ratings.

    I contacted WES to schedule the first annual maintenance for our new construction home. Chris Johnson was the Service Technician assigned and am I ever happy with the response. First of all, he actually phoned 30 minutes ahead of his arrival to advise he was enroute. He went right to work and explained to me what he was doing as he went along and willingly answered any question I asked. Chris was thorough, experienced and personable. He detected and corrected several areas neglected by the contractor and put our heating system in good working order. I highly recommend Chris and have requested he be our regular technician for future service calls.
