How to Upload Form Images

Take your photos on your work tablet or phone and save to your device’s main photo album.

Go to the “Form Pics” page on our website: https://www.washingtonenergy.com/form-pics/

Enter your Name, Your Email address, and the Homeowner’s home address on the webpage (seen below).

You will upload your images by clicking on the “Choose File” buttons on the screen. You can upload a total of twelve (12) images on this page at a time.
(If you need to upload more than 12 images, please refresh the page once you have submitted, fill out the form fields and upload your additional images.)

Once you have clicked on “Choose File,” a window will pop up asking for you to upload an image.
You must click “Photo Library” and choose an image from your device’s photo album.

Choose one image at a time from your photos.

Now your image should be enlarged on the screen. Click on “Actual Size” at the bottom of the photo.

Choose “Medium”

Click “Done” in the upper right corner.

You’ll now see a tiny thumbnail image next to “Photo #1” indicating it has been uploaded. You can now proceed to Photo #2 on through Photo #12 with the same processes as 5 to 9 above.

At the bottom of the page there’s a notes section, please fill out any information regarding the images as needed.

After that, hit “Submit” and you’re done!
You’ll receive a confirmation email that your images were submitted. On that email you’ll have a link to the PDF form and the Image Upload page.
