• One Annual 21 point Comprehensive Maintenance “Tune Up” Service
• One 1″ Furnace Filter Replacement annually
• 10% off all needed repairs during agreement
• 10% off Guardian AIR UV Bulb Replacement and/or any high efficiency filter cartridge (4″ or 5″)
• Maintenance Scheduling and Renewal Reminder Service
• Up to 20% savings each additional year on multi-year programs
